Cape Girardeau
The following items were released Sunday by the Cape Girardeau Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.
DWI
* Christopher W. Ford, 21, no address given, was issued a summons on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.
Arrests
* Rickey C. Mosley, 49, of 818 S. Sprigg St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for receiving stolen property.
* Dorislyn Icelia Johnson-Gaines, 34, of 208 S. Middle St., was arrested on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia, and driving without a license.
* Chevalia Natocki Nunley, 25, of 1116 S. Ranney Ave., was arrested on two Cape Girardeau warrants for contempt of court, a Missouri Parole Board warrant for violating parole, and a Cape County warrant for possession of drug paraphernalia.
* Jacob Scott Kennedy, 24, of 333 N. Ellis St., was arrested on Cape Girardeau warrants for contempt of court, failure to pay a fine for no operator's license and failure to appear.
Summonses
* James R. Stowers, 41, of 555 N. Spring St., was issued a summons for possession of a controlled substance.
* Derek P. Miller, 19, of 2619 County Road 436, Jackson, was issued a summons for commiting prohibited acts.
* Stephen J. Toomey, 21, of 735 Watkins Drive, was issued a summons for keeping a disorderly house.
* Ryan K. Whitley, 20, of 735 Watkins Drive, was issued a summons for keeping a disorderly house.
* Luke A. Wade, 21, of 735 Watkins Drive, was issued a summons for keeping a disorderly house.
* Marie E. Whitney, 46, of 646 S. Henderson Ave., was issued a summons for allowing an unauthorized person to operate a motor vehicle.
* Roger D. Farmer, 37, of 1215 Brink Ave., was issued a summons for possession of a controlled substance.
* Barbara Ann Meatheany, 50, of 3275 Hopper Road, was issued a summons for allowing a dog to run loose without a leash.
Assaults
* Assault was reported at 701 N. Main St.
Thefts
* A purse was reported stolen from a vehicle at 64 Plaza Way.
* A television was reported stolen at 333 N. Ellis St.
Property Damage
* A car hood was reported damaged at 605 N. Sprigg St.
* Property damage and unlawful use of a weapon was reported at 519 Good Hope St.
Miscellaneous
* A cell phone was reported lost at 731 Broadway.
* Harassing phone calls were reported at 40 S. Sprigg St.
* A license plate was reported lost or stolen at the 300 block of North Henderson Avenue.
* Peace disturbance and littering on private property was reported at 1927 N. Kingshighway.
* Walkaway from a mental health center at the 200 block of Franks Lane was reported.
* Walkaway from a mental health center at the 400 block of North Frederick Street was reported.
* A bicycle was reported found at 714 N. Sprigg St.
