Kevin Leon Kinder, 42, of 539 Asher was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia and driving with a suspended license.

Edward Byard Pierce, 46, of 2240 Sacajawea Lane was arrested for probation violation.

Marshall Brison, 42, of 906 S. Ellis St. was arrested Thursday for no license, no insurance, failure to register vehicle.

Jesse J. Engram, 19, of Puxico, Mo., was arrested Thursday on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear in court for not wearing a seat belt.

Tommie Lee Egson Sr. of 212 S. Lorimier, Apt. 8, was arrested Thursday on a Cape Girardeau warrant for contempt of court for failure to pay fine and court costs for alcohol consumption on a public street.

A wallet was reported stolen at 930 Mt. Auburn Road.

A door was reported damaged at 636 S. Spring.

MiscellaneousMissing subwoofers and a carpeted box were found at 334 N. Sprigg.

A black female, 17, five feet eight and 175 pounds, was reported missing at 1224 S. Pacific.

A burglary was reported at 422 S. Benton. Nothing was taken and the subject is in custody.

A male, 35, was placed in protective custody.

A female runaway, 15, was cited into Juvenile Court.
