ArrestsJustin Lee Blanchard, 19, 2380 Hopper Road, was arrested Wednesday on a city of Cape warrant for contempt of court.

Vivian Van Smith, 28, 2389 Whitener Apt. 4B, was arrested Tuesday for assault.

Nikki Jo Haynes, 25, Jackson, Mo., was arrested Tuesday on a Poplar Bluff warrant for shoplifting.

Hector Roman Cruz Jr., 26, Scott City, Mo., was arrested Tuesday on a Scott City and Union County warrant for failure to appear as well as driving with a suspended license.

Kevin Edgar Childers, 43, Foley, Mo., was arrested Tuesday on a city of Cape warrant for failure to appear.

Tarra Lynne Wilkins, 28, Sikeston, Mo., was arrested Wednesday on a Scott County warrant for tampering, property damage and unlawful use of a weapon.

James Allen Welsh, 18, 1927 N. Kingshighway Apt. 58, was arrested Wednesday on a Cape city warrant for failure to appear.

Shannon Allen, 21, 605 N. Spanish, was arrested Wednesday on two Cape County warrants for probation violation.

TheftA wallet and its contents were reported stolen at 2400 Veterans Memorial Drive.

A CD player, an amp speaker, a speaker box and CDs were reported stolen at 426 North.

A metal sign was reported stolen at 2 N. Lorimier.

A placement was reported stolen at 161 West.
