- Matthew H. Jones, 38, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for failure to obey a police officer.
- Brittany D. Duvel, 27, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for giving a false declaration.
Thefts
- Burglary was reported at 2103 Brink Ave.
- Stealing was reported at 496 Green Acres Drive.
- Robbery was reported in the 800 block of North Kingshighway.
