Arrests Thomas Lamar Youngblood, 19, 24 S. Benton St., was arrested Tuesday on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation.
Lawrence R. O'Daniel, 40, no address given, was arrested Wednesday on a city warrant for contempt of court for failure to pay fine and cost for driving without a license.
Harold D. Jackson, 27, 520 Morgan Oak St., was arrested Wednesday on a St. Francois County warrant for domestic assault.
Summonses Kenneth David Kingsley, 18, 508 Cape Meadows Circle, Apt. 32, was issued a summons Tuesday for harassing phone calls.
Danielle Nicole Walton, 17, 148 S. Lorimier St., Apt. 10, was issued a summons Tuesday for harassing phone calls.
Thefts Gasoline was reported stolen Tuesday from BP D-Mart, 3276 William St.
Money was reported stolen Tuesday at Broadway and North West End Boulevard.
Two bicycles were reported stolen and one damaged Tuesday at 3020 Boutin St.
A cell phone was reported stolen Tuesday at 2023 Independence St.
Motor oil was reported stolen Wednesday from the Finish Line, 889 N. Kingshighway.
Property Damage A fence post and gate were reported damaged, and a vehicle stolen (later recovered) Tuesday at 144 Sprigg St.
A truck windshield was reported broken Tuesday at Neumayer Equipment, 2224 Lombardo St.
A vehicle window was reported broken Tuesday at 1937 Delwin St.
Miscellaneous A 15-year-old boy was cited into juvenile court Tuesday for improper registration, no proof of insurance, driving without a license and curfew violation.
A beige 1986 Chrysler, Missouri license 994 TCP, was reported abandoned Wednesday at 2155 William St.
