DWIStephen Gregory Todd, 32, 414 N. West End, was arrested Tuesday for driving while intoxicated.

ArrestsThomas Henry Murray, 34, 522 S. Ellis, was arrested Monday for driving with a revoked license and no proof of insurance.

Adrian Marcellus, 36, 413 S. Ellis, was arrested Monday for ex parte violation.

Roland Calice Jr., 36, 422 Hilltop, was arrested Monday for driving with a revoked license.

Marion Michelle Harris, 22, 629 S. Benton, was arrested Monday on a Cape County warrant for assault.

Howard Harris Smith, 29, of 20 N. Pindwood, No. 5, was arrested Tuesday on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear in court for driving while revoked.

SummonsDarrell James Hicks, 32, 20 N. Pindwood, was issued a summons Monday for indecent exposure.

TheftA CD player was reported stolen Tuesday at 1303 Bertling.

A sign was reported stolen at 1200 N. Cape Rock Drive.

Two CD players were reported stolen and property damage was reported Tuesday at 1032 N. Frederick.

MiscellaneousA subject is in custody pending the filing of formal charges for minor in possession of an intoxicant.

A subject resisting arrest was reported at Hanover and Jefferson.

A domestic assault was reported.

A vehicle was towed at 832 S. Kingshighway.

A subject is in custody pending the filing of formal charges for resisting arrest, possession of drug paraphernalia and unlawful use of a weapon.

A 31-year-old female and a 30-year-old female were put into protective custody.
