ArrestsShametra Laqua Twiggs, 19, of Cape Girardeau was arrested Saturday on a Cape Girardeau warrant for assault.

Jason Daniel Wise, 27, of 186 Aloe, Jackson, Mo., was arrested Saturday for driving while revoked, no proof of insurance, no seat belt and failure to register vehicle.

Jason Scott Roney, 26, of Pevely, Mo., was arrested Saturday at William Street and I-55 for possession of ephedrine with intent to manufacture a controlled substance. A 16-year-old juvenile was cited into Juvenile Court.

Adrian Marcellus Driver, 36, of 413 S. Ellis St. was arrested Sunday on Poplar Bluff, Mo., warrants for property damage and possession of marijuana.

Martez Depree Carted, 24, of 412 North St. was arrested Sunday on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear in court.

Justin Chad Adams, 21, of 1927 N. Kingshighway was arrested Monday for assault.

Thomas W. Inskeep, Chaffee, Mo., was arrested Monday on a Scott County warrant for bad checks.

SummonsJohn Jay Hunze, 26, of 1815 N. Kingshighway was issued a summons Saturday for property damage and trespassing.

Frieda Fincher Park, 68, of 1733 Delaware was issued a summons Saturday for failure to maintain property.

Leonard C. Leible Jr. 51, of Chaffee, Mo., was issued a summons Saturday for failure to maintain property.

Chad Timothy Bard, 19, of 1218 Good Hope was issued summonses Sunday for damaging mailboxes at 1437 Howell, 1421 Howell, 1333 Howell, 1453 Howell, 1107 Hilldale Circle and 2815 Hill dale Circle.
