The following items were released by the Cape Girardeau Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI Michael G. Lix, 44, of 1324 Carolyn, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Sunday on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and failure to use headlights.

Arrest Joseph E. Groat, 20, of 2843 Whitener, Apt. 6A, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Sunday on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to pay fines.

Summonses David S. Grammer, 37, of 1714 Melissa Lane, Cape Girardeau, received a summons Sunday for peace disturbance.

Christopher T. Pickard, 31, of Rural Route 1, Box 658, Campbell, Mo., received a summons Sunday for peace disturbance.

Sonya R. Ezell, 20, of 122 S. Bellvue, Apt. 22, Jackson, received a summons Sunday for peace disturbance.

Tabitha A. Rainey, 29, of 122 S. Bellvue, Apt. 6, Jackson, received a summons Sunday for peace disturbance.

Stephen D. Cunningham, 23, of 2806 Lou Ann, Malden, Mo., received a summons Sunday for peace disturbance.

Assaults Two persons were placed in custody Sunday pending the filing of formal charges for assault and unlawful use of a weapon.

One person was placed in custody Monday pending the filing of formal charges for assault and peace disturbance.

A 14-year-old boy was cited to juvenile court Monday for assault.

Thefts Gasoline was reported stolen Monday by Rhodes 101 at 449 S. Kingshighway.

A CD player and cash were reported stolen Monday at 1956 Dunklin.

Bats and gloves were reported stolen Monday at 1418 Pemiscott.

Property Damage

A hasp was reported damaged Sunday at 224 N. Park.
