ArrestsBryan Earl King, 32, of Essex, Mo., was arrested on Interstate 55 Wednesday for possession of pseudoephedrin with intent to manufacture methamphetamine, odometer fraud, possession of drug paraphernalia and operating a vehicle without a valid license.

Mark Allen Oswald, 33, of 1703 N. West End Blvd. was arrested Wednesday on a warrant for failure to appear in court and on a Mississippi County warrant.

Shannon Demar Woods, 23, of 2810 Independence St., Apt. 4, was arrested Wednesday on a Ste. Genevieve County warrant for failure to appear in court.

David Ray Baltzell, 43, of 317 Sheridan was arrested Wednesday for assault.

Charles Daniel Demolle, 17, of 814 Morgan Oak was arrested Wednesday for stealing and property damage.

TheftsA stereo was reported stolen Wednesday at 1287 Independence St.

A CD player was reported stolen Wednesday at 927 S. Ellis St.

A cell phone was reported stolen Wednesday at 1092 Linden.

A wallet and contents were reported stolen Wednesday at 24 S. Mt. Auburn Road.

Clothing was reported stolen Wednesday at 709 Broadway.

CDs and money were reported taken and a vehicle door was reported damaged Thursday at 2863 Whitener.

MiscellaneousJewelry was reported lost Wednesday.

A wallet and contents were reported lost Wednesday at 11 S. Kingshighway.
