The following items were released by the Cape Girardeau Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.
DWI A person was placed in custody Thursday pending the filing of formal charges for driving while intoxicated.
Arrests Justin R. Wilson, 18, of 911 Glenstone, Dexter, Mo., was arrested Wednesday on suspicion of being a minor in possession of alcohol and failure to display a license.
Travis S. Turner, 21, no current address, was arrested Thursday on suspicion of resisting arrest, possession of a controlled substance with intent to distribute and a Cape Girardeau County warrant for peace disturbance.
Moses R. Cantrell, 22, of 2859 Whitener, Apt. A3, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Friday on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear.
Joshua D. Whirl, 20, of 421 S. Pacific, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Friday on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear.
Rickey D. Willis, 28, of 1505 Euclid, Kansas City, Mo., was arrested Friday on suspicion of driving while suspended.
Armondo L. Treadwell, 28, of 1509 N. West End Blvd., Cape Girardeau, was arrested Friday on a Jackson warrant for failure to appear.
Khang H. Quach of 2546 Independence, Apt. 20, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Friday on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear.
Jonathan R. Cochran, 17, of 2852 Vista Lane, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Friday on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for stealing and burglary.
Assaults A person was placed in custody Thursday pending the filing of formal charges for domestic assault.

Thefts A Missouri license plate bearing 33R-HLX was reported stolen Thursday at 1501 Whitener.
Credit cards were reported stolen Thursday at 3440 Lowes Drive.

A stereo was reported stolen Thursday at Lexington and Kingsway.
Gasoline was reported stolen Friday by Rhodes 101 at 449 S. Kingshighway.
A wall ornament and neon sign were reported stolen Friday by the Recovery Room at 1611 Independence.
Gasoline was reported stolen Friday by Amoco D-Mart at 3276 William.
Gasoline was reported stolen Friday by Rhodes 101 at 10 S. West End Blvd.
Property Damage A vehicle was reported damaged Thursday at Interstate 55.

Failure to return rental property was reported Thursday by Rent One at 610 S. Kingshighway.
