CAPE GIRARDEAU

The Cape Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* Scottie R. Moyers, 41, homeless, was arrested on suspicion of stealing.

* Israel S. Williams, 27, 230 N. Middle St., was arrested on suspicion of stealing.

* A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of possession of a controlled substance.

* A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of possession of cocaine.

* Bre'auana D. Holman, 20, was arrested on suspicion of stealing health and beauty products at Wal-Mart, 3439 William St.

* Austin D. Weissinger, 19, 3250 Lakewood Drive, was arrested on five Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear for contempt of court for failure to pay fine and costs for speeding, improper registration and operation of an unlicensed vehicle.

* Frederick B. Stecz II, 31, of Florissant, Mo., was arrested on four Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear for driving while intoxicated, stop sign violation, wrong way on one-way street and careless and imprudent driving.

* Zachary V. Snider, 30, of High Ridge, Mo., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for probation violation for no operator's license.

Summonses

* Coleton W. Patterson, no age given, 1520 E. Riverside Drive, was issued a summons for striking a legally parked vehicle.

* Brandon C. Smith, no age given, of Sturdivant, Mo., was issued a summons for following too close and driving an unlicensed vehicle.

* Breanna E. Best, no age given, of Benton, Mo., was issued a summons for failure to yield and operating an unlicensed vehicle.

* Steven L. Geralds, 37, of Jackson was issued a summons for having an open container.

* Taylor L. King-Tice, 24, 801 Good Hope St., No. 12, was issued a summons for walking in the street.

Thefts

* A Samsung Note was reported stolen at 220 N. Fountain St.

* A firearm was reported stolen at 119 E. Cape Rock Drive.

Property damage

* A key lock was reported damaged and a purse stolen at 3049 William St.

Robbery

* Robbery was reported.

Assault

* Domestic assault was reported.

Miscellaneous

* Arson was reported at 1713 Montgomery St.
