The following items were released by the Cape Girardeau Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.
DWI James A. Snell Jr., 28, of 255 E. Cape Rock Drive, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Monday on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.
Arrests
Terrance M. McKean, 24, of 209 Pindwood, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Monday on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear.
Emory L. Hightower, 19, of 518 Lee St., Charleston, Mo., was arrested Monday on a Charleston warrant for failure to appear.
Christopher J. Brooks, 32, of 1923 Old Sprigg Road, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Monday on St. Francis County warrants for failure to appear.
Elizabeth D. Kennedy, 19, of 75 Worthy Court, Fenton, Mo., was arrested Monday on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear.
Nikki M. Schwent, 19, of 123 Wake Forest Place, O'Fallon, Mo., was arrested Monday on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear.
Thefts
Checks were reported stolen Monday at 315 S. Lorimier.
A burgundy 1986 Pontiac Grand Am was reported stolen Monday at 1929 Delwin.
Gasoline was reported stolen Monday by Rhodes 101 at 449 S. Kingshighway.
A cell phone, wallet and contents were reported stolen Tuesday at 1701 Lacey.
Burglary
A burglary was reported Monday at 129 S. Louisiana. Nothing was taken.Property damage
A vehicle quarter panel was reported scratched Monday at 2761 Sherri Lane.
