Arrests Aaron Lee Ragan, 23, 2830 Whitener, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Tuesday on a Dunklin County warrant for probation violation on an original charge of driving while intoxicated.
Joshua Michael Leggett, 19, 455 County Road 264, Chaffee, was arrested Tuesday on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Deborah H. Hafford, 41, 401 Vanduser St., Vanduser, Mo., was arrested Tuesday on a Miner Police Department warrant for failure to pay fines, and on a New Madrid County warrant for fraud.
Thefts A diamond ring was reported stolen Tuesday from 2601 Independence.
A backpack, Playstation, money, DVDs, X-Box controllers and assorted games were reported stolen Tuesday from 803 William.
A water heater and two-wheel cart were reported stolen Tuesday from Coomer Plumbing and Heating, 2208 Woodland Hills Drive.
Pizza was reported stolen in two instances Tuesday from Pizza Hut at 215 S. Kingshighway. In one instance, forgery was involved.
Two subjects are in custody pending filing of formal charges, and a 14-year-old female juvenile was cited into juvenile court Tuesday after Famous Barr reported a theft at 100 West Park Mall.

A trailer was damaged Tuesday at 100 S. West End Blvd.

A wallet and its contents were found Tuesday at 1120 N. Kingshighway.
A 16-year-old female juvenile was cited into juvenile court for being a runaway.
A bicycle was found at 404 Bellevue.
