The following items were released by the Cape Girardeau Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

Shamille Desri Maborn, 17, 321 McKinley, Mounds, Ill., was arrested Sunday at Wal-Mart, 3439 William, on suspicion of stealing.

Calling M. Anderson, 37, 315 S. Middle, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Sunday on suspicion of domestic assault, unlawful use of a weapon, and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Robert L. Blackmon, 52, 150 S. Lorimier, was arrested Sunday on a warrant.

Nancy E. Merchant, 19, 2511 State St., Granite City, Ill., was arrested Sunday on suspicion of trespassing.

Thefts

A CB radio with a Road King 56 were reported stolen Sunday from 2010 Southern Expressway.

A wallet and its contents were reported stolen Sunday from 19 N. Water.

A cell phone was taken Sunday after a vehicle window was broken at 247 Siemers.

A purse and its contents were reported stolen Sunday from 1138 S. Kingshighway.

A check and gift cards were reported stolen Sunday from 2400 Veterans Memorial Drive.

Jackson

The following items were released by the Jackson Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Summonses

Dominique Priester, 37, 137 Adobe Lane, Jackson was issued a summons Friday for failure to stop for a stop sign.

Steven R. Miller, 39, 2578 St. Andrews Ct., Jackson, was issued a summons Friday for failure to stop for a stop sign.

Patrick L. Smith, 40, 111 Clark St., Cape Girardeau, was issued a summons Friday for driving while intoxicated (third offense) and driving under revocation.

Kyle M. Turnbough, 17, 267 Brandy Lane, Cape Girardeau, was issued summonses Friday for being a minor in possession of tobacco and alcohol and arrested on suspicion of zero tolerance.

Collin H. Ulrich, 18, 200 Ulrich Vet Lane, Dongola, Ill., was issued summonses Saturday for driving while intoxicated and speeding.

Andrew F. Yount, 18, Route 1 Marble Hill, Mo., was issued a summons Saturday for failure to stop for a red light.

Christy L. Fuller, 31, 114 N. Bellevue St. Jackson, was issued a summons Sunday for driving without a license.

MSHP

A Bloomfield woman was injured in a two-car accident at 5 p.m. Monday on Highway 25 three miles south of Dutchtown.

Judy Bellaire, 30, was a passenger in a 1998 Chevrolet driven by Thurman Skaggs, 31, of Chaffee. The accident occurred as Skaggs' vehicle, while stopped, was rear-ended by a 1994 Toyota driven by Perry Casey, 22, of Bloomfield. Casey was cited for following too close.

Bellaire was taken to Southeast Missouri Hospital in Cape Girardeau for treatment of moderate injuries.
