Cape Girardeau

The following items were released by the Cape Girardeau Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests William E. Smith, 35, of 905 W. Cherry, Marion, Ill., was arrested Wednesday on a warrant for failure to appear on a charge of driving without an operator's license.

Elijah Joseph Fisher, 23, of 433 Country Club Dr., Cape Girardeau, was arrested Wednesday on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear on a charge of property damage and trespassing.

Heather Dale Hutcheson, 25, of 125 S. Henderson, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Thursday on a Cape Girardeau warrant for contempt of court for failure to pay fine and cost of parking violation.

Brian K. Vogel, 37, of 401 S. Pacific, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Wednesday on a warrant for failure to appear on a charge of failure to return rental property.

Thefts

A 1999 Green Ford Contour with Missouri license plate 214JJB was reported stolen Thursday at 2813 Whitener.

Property damage

A vehicle was damaged and a CD player was reported taken Wednesday at Bellevue and Houck Place.Jackson
