The following items were released Thursday by the Cape Girardeau Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI

* Joe Don Eugene Coulter, 27, 3900 Crawford, West Frankfort, Ill., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

Arrests

* Derek Lee Vaughn, 23, 1121 County Road 421, Poplar Bluff, Mo., was arrested on a city warrant for failure to appear for driving on a revoked license.

* Christina Marie Ashley, 23, 200 Old Glenn Allen, Glenallen, Mo., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation.

* Edward Lamont Nelson, 25, 1424 rear William St., was arrested on a Boone County warrant for failure to appear.

Summons

* Matthew Arvil Johnston, 42, 928 Fifth St., Scott City, was issued a summons for suspicion of property damage.

Property damage

* A vehicle tire was reported damaged at 901 S. Sprigg St.

* A vehicle door received paintball damage in the 2100 block of East Rodney Drive.

Theft

* A silver and blue bicycle was reported stolen at 609 Themis St.

* An iPod was reported stolen at 1501 N. Kingshighway.

* Plaza Auto Sales, 60 S. Kingshighway, reported theft by deceit.

Miscellaneous

* Fraudulent use of a credit card was reported at 449 S. Kingshighway.

* Counterfeiting was reported at 35 S. Kingshighway.

* A boy's Mongoose blue bicycle was reported found at 1400 Perryville Road.
