DWI

Willie A. Pate, 47, of 2541 Fairlane Drive, received a summons Sunday for driving while intoxicated.

Joel I. Alvarez, 21, of St. Louis received a summons Sunday for driving while intoxicated and failure to stop for a flashing red light. Arrests

Threasa D. Stallings, 44, of 216 Oaklane was arrested Saturday on two municipal warrants for contempt of court, a municipal warrant for failure to appear, and a Scott City warrant for failure to appear.

A person was placed in custody Sunday pending the formal filing of charges for assault on a law enforcement offcier, resisting arrest, possession of a controlled substance and peace disturbance by fighting in public.

Summonses

Compact discs were reported stolen Saturday at 121 S. Sprigg.

Burglary

A burglary and the theft of cash, a stereo piece and a handgun were reported Saturday at 813 S. Benton. Property damage

Property damage to two soccer fields was reported Sunday by the City of Cape Girardeau.

Miscellaneous

Misrepresentation of age by a minor was reported Saturday at 1126 N. Sprigg.

A dog bite was reported Sunday in the 200 block of N. Ellis.
