Cape Girardeau

The following items were reported by the Cape Girardeau Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

• James A. Davis, 50, of Charleston, Mo., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for contempt of court for stealing.
• Christopher D. Ingham, 28, of Scott City was arrested on a Stoddard County warrant for excessive vehicle noise.
• Cheryl L. Thomas, 27, of 3001 Themis St., Apt. F, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for parole violation for larceny.
• Jackee M. Nicholson, 37, of 618 North St., No. 101, was arrested on Cape Girardeau warrants for contempt of court for failure to pay fine and cost for animal neglect and for parole violation.
• Amber L. Swader, 23, of 534 N. Fountain St., No. 2, was arrested on Cape Girardeau warrants for probation violation for stealing and for failure to appear for peace disturbance.
• A subject is in custody pending filing of formal charges for domestic assault.

Assault

• An assault was reported.

Summons

• Sharon K. Johnson, 30, of 1335 Amblewood Drive, received a summons for prohibited acts.

Thefts

• A window screen was reported damaged and electronic equipment reported stolen at 410 Marie St.
• Bi-State, 612 S. Sprigg St., reported a theft of gasoline.
• Shell D-Mart, 3415 William St., reported a theft of gasoline.
• A Missouri license plate, 196TC2, was reported stolen at 219 N. Middle St.
• Clothing and CDs were reported stolen at 406 Spring Ave.
• A computer and wireless mouse were reported stolen at 531 N. Middle St.
• A cell phone was reported stolen at 3002 Themis St.

Miscellaneous

• A violation of an ex parte order was reported.
• Property was reported found at 1126 N. Sprigg St.
