* Ashley D. Emmons, 26, 119 S. Hanover St., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and failure to maintain a single lane.
* Samuel Joshua King, 28, of Whitewater, Mo., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for unlawful use of a weapon.
* A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of assault on a law enforcement officer.
* Samantha R. Berryman, 22, 904 N. Fountain St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear.
* A suspect was in custody pending filing of formal charges of possession of a controlled substance.
* Shannon R. Mungle, 51, 307 S. West End Blvd., was issued a summons for failure to maintain property free of trash and litter..
* Burglary and theft of a laptop, computer, crayon stand, camera, purse and contents were reported at 831 S. Ranney Ave.
* An iPod was reported stolen at Red Star Church, 1316 N. Main St.
* A computer, monitor, printer, checking account deposit slips, an adding machine and a credit card device were reported stolen at 905 Enterprise St.
* Clothing was reported stolen at Kohl's, 315 Shirley Drive.
* Theft of a trash can was reported at 604 N. Sprigg St.
* Theft of a purse was reported at Macy's, 3049 William St.
* Fuel was reported stolen at G&T Truck Services, 2115 Southern Expressway.
* Theft was reported.
* Theft of an acoustic guitar and an electric guitar was reported at 414 Koch Ave.
* Theft of a Missouri license plate was reported at 1701 West End Blvd.
* Damage to a passenger door and window were reported at 102 N. Henderson Ave.
* Receiving stolen property was reported at 1500 N. West End Blvd.
* A 29-year-old woman was taken into protective custody.
* Endangering the welfare of a child and aggravated stalking were reported.
* A 23-year-old man was taken into protective custody.
* Two school bus stop violations were reported.
* A 30-year-old woman was taken into protective custody.

* Brandon B. Swinney, 23, of Jackson was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear in court for failure to drive on the right half of the roadway.
* Lauriann Jenkins, 52, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on Cape Girardeau warrant for driving while intoxicated and driving while revoked.
* Patricia R. Carnell, 33, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for driving while intoxicated.
* Brandon T. Coleman, 19, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on an Alexander County, Ill., warrant for unlawful possession of a controlled substance, unlawful possession of a license plate, unlawful use of a weapon and unlawful use of drug paraphernalia.
* Michael M. Stone, 51, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for contempt of court for violating an ex parte order.
* Natasha M. Holweg, 35, of Chaffee, Mo., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for a seat belt violation.
* Christopher A. Lincoln, 41, Millersville, Mo., was arrested on a Wayne County Warrant for nonsupport.
