The following items were released by the Cape Girardeau Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWIs

  • Brittne D. Stovall, no age given, of 1521 Jane Drive, was arrested for suspicion of driving while intoxicated and possession of a controlled substance.
  • Skye Peterson, 24, of Henderson Street, was arrested for suspicion of driving while intoxicated.
  • Misti C. Johnson, 28, of 1233 Ashbury Court in Jackson, was arrested for suspicion of driving while intoxicated.
  • April C. Wiley, no age given, of 327 N. Frederick St., was arrested for suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

Arrests

  • Ryan W. Wheeling, no age given, of 19905 County Road 260 in Bloomfield, Mo., was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear for stealing.
  • Herman D. Adams, no age given, of 804 S. Pacific St., was arrested on a warrant for contempt of court.
  • Vashon Bell, 19, of 403 S. Hanover St., was arrested on an Alexander County warrant for failure to appear for driving with a suspended license.
  • Timothy L. Rose, 43, of 1124 N, Main in Poplar Bluff, Mo., was arrested on a warrant for trespassing.
  • John Below, 36, of 692 Railroad in Whitewater, Mo., was arrested on a Bollinger County warrant for failure to appear.
  • A subject is in custody pending formal charges for resisting arrest, assault and possession of drug paraphernalia.
  • Darrell Blessing, 39, of 1889 Perry County Road 806 in Perryville, Mo., was arrested for suspicion of possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
  • Kirby R. Rhodes, 36, last known address 307 Highway 25 in Delta, was arrested on a warrant for failure to register.
  • A subject is in custody pending formal charges for possession of controlled substance, no operator's license and no license plate light.

Summonses

  • David C. Epps, 55, of 312 W. Lorimier St., was issued a summons for failure to maintain property.
  • Timothy D. Slinkard, 25, of 1014 N. Sprigg St., was issued a summons for endangering the welfare of a child and interfering with arrest.
  • Tracy Boyd, 42, of 426 S. Hanover St., was issued a summons for possession of drug paraphernalia.
  • Shane R. Grissom, 24, of 171 St. Monica in New Madrid, Mo., was issued a summons for property damage.
  • Margaret A. Foweler, 37, of 1300 W. Mar Elm St. in Scott City, was issued a summons for stealing.

Assault

  • Domestic assault was reported at 622 Bellevue Ave.
  • Assault was reported at 1721 Cape Meadows Circle.
  • Assault was reported at 100 S. Silver Springs Road.
  • Assault was reported at 603 Mechaw Lane.
  • Assault was reported at 230 N. Ellis St.
  • Assault was reported at 829 N. Kingshighway.
  • Assault was reported at the 1200 block of Normal Avenue.
  • Domestic assault was reported.

Burglary

  • Burglary was reported at 507 Cape Meadows Circle, Apt. 6.

Theft

  • Gasoline was reported stolen at Rhodes 101 Convenience Store, 1624 N. Kingshighway.
  • A bicycle was reported stolen at 607 Locust St.
  • Gasoline was reported stolen at Rhodes 101 Convenience Store, 1126 N. Sprigg St.
  • An identification card and social security card were reported stolen at 3023 Aspen Drive Apt. 9.
  • Theft was reported at Jasper's, 1008 N. Kingshighway.

Property damage

  • A vehicle was reported damaged at 1515 Themis St.
  • A window was reported broken at 732 S. Ellis St.
  • A vehicle was reported scratched and its window broken at 820 N. Sprigg St.

Miscellaneous

  • Request for services was reported at 1927 N. Kingshighway.
  • A subject was taken into protective custody in the 200 block of Independence Street.
  • Three juveniles were detained for peace disturbance at the 100 block of South West End Boulevard.
  • Phone harassment was reported at 12 N. Pindwood Drive.
  • A 41-year-old female was taken into protective custody.
  • An ex-parte violation was reported.
  • A driver struck a utility pole and left the scene of the accident at the intersection of Main Street and Broadway.
