DWI

* Ted B. Walton, 1895 Route B, of Millersville was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

* A subject was in custody pending a warrant for driving while intoxicated.

Arrests

* Christopher L. Robbins, 30, 526 Boxwood Drive, Apt. D, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for probation violation for no operator's license.

* Clarence E. Matthews, 50, 2842 Independence St., No. 13, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for contempt of court for failure to pay fine for no operator's license.

* William C. Murray, 23, of Oran, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of assualt.

* Christopher L. Curtis, 23, of Perkins, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of resisting arrest by fleeing.

* A subject was in custody pending formal charges on suspicion of resisting arrest by fleeing.

Summonses

* Amanda J. Carr, 24, 2817 Lear Drive, received a summons for assault.

* Corshawnte K. Gordon, 22, 3026 Mimosa Drive. Apt. 12, Marcus D. Larry, 19, 3018 Mimosa Drive. Apt. 2, and Lavell M. Williams, 19, 3018 Mimosa Drive. Apt. 6, received summonses for trespassing.

* Sharola L. Moore, 30, 934 William St., and Pearl L. Parker, 35, 925 William St., received summonses for peace disturbance.

* Jeffery Lee Shelley, 43, 1400 Champlain, Ottawa, Ill. , received a summons for a peace disturbance.

* Kristina A. Bosco, 281 Tecumseh Lane, received a summons for failure to show valid proof of insurance.

Thefts

* A speaker box, radio amplifier, police scanner, radar detector, a radio and a radio faceplate were reported stolen, and a vehicle window was reported broken out at 901 S. Benton St.

* Bi-State Southern, 612 S. Sprigg St., reported a theft of gasoline.

* Rent-A-Center, 2136 William St., reported theft of a Playstation.

* Walmart, 3439 William St., reported a theft. John W. Hitt, 36, 135 S. Missouri St., was arrested in connection with the complaint.

* Walmart, 3439 William St., reported a theft. Samantha J. Hargrove, 19, Dexter, Mo., was arrested in connection with the complaint.

* Rhodes 101, 449 S. Kingshighway, reported a theft of gasoline.

Property damage

* A rear window of a vehicle was reported shattered at 424 S. West End Blvd.

* A violation of an order of protection was reported.

* Fraudulent use of a credit device was reported.

* A 35-year-old woman was placed in protective custody.
