  • Zaturn R. Twiggs, of 208 S. Middle St., was arrested on suspicion of resisting arrest and driving while suspended.
  • Jimmy L. Hudson, 28, of 1808 Hutson, was arrested on a U.S. District Court warrant for possession with intent to distribute.
  • A subject is in custody pending formal charges on suspicion of driving while suspended and resisting arrest by fleeing.
  • A subject is in custody pending formal charges on suspicion of trafficking and endangering the welfare of a child.
  • A subject is in custody pending formal charges on suspicion of domestic assault.
  • Clayton M. Caron, 21, of 2850 Larkspur Court, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for no proof of insurance.
  • A 16-year-old boy was arrested on suspicion of assault.

Thefts

  • Smoker's Outlet Inc., 2116 William St., reported a theft of cigars.
  • A mailbox was reported stolen at 1222 Hilldale Circle.
  • Cash was reported stolen at 3018 Mimosa St., No. 1.
  • Rhodes 101, 1624 N. Kingshighway, reported two incidents of gasoline theft.
  • Rhodes 101, 449 S. Kingshighway, reported a theft of gasoline.
  • Rhodes 101, 546 S. Sprigg St., reported a theft of gasoline.

Property damage

  • A vehicle was reported damaged at 5651 Dahlousie.
  • Davis Glass Co., 2105 Bessie St., reported a glass sign damaged.

Miscellaneous

  • An ex parte violation was reported at 3002 Themis St.
  • An ex parte violation was reported.
  • Property was reported found at 103 N. Kingshighway.
  • Property was reported found at Middle Street and Broadway.
  • An ex parte violation was reported.
  • Interference with child custody was reported.
