The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.
Arrests
* Gregory L. Nicholson, 39, 115 N. Fountain St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for assault.
* Jelisa J. Jeffers, 19, 515 Cape Meadows Circle, was arrested on two Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear for contempt of court for a seat-belt violation and speeding.
* Darcel C. Moore, 22, 417 S. Benton St., was arrested on 13 Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear for contempt of court for a seat-belt violation, failure to maintain motor vehicle financial responsibility, probation revocation for driving while revoked, revoked operator's license, four counts of improper registration, two counts of driving with no operator's license, failure to appear for failure to maintain vehicle financial responsibility and peace disturbance.
* Bobby D. Black, 35, of Cauthersville, Mo., was arrested on a New Madrid, Mo., warrant for child neglect.
* Randy Cortez Bradley, 27, 1330 N. Sprigg St., was arrested on two Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear for contempt of court for failure to pay for revoked driver's license and failure to appear for contempt of court for failure to pay fine for a probation revocation for driving while revoked.
* Isaac Barbour, 44, 45 S. West End Blvd., was arrested on a Boone County warrant for failure to appear for child support.
* Joseph Wayne Hogeland, 30, 207 Mason St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for a probation violation.
* Charles Michael Lester Montgomery, 35, of Zalma, Mo., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for a probation violation for driving under the influence.
* A subject is in custody pending formal charges for domestic assault.
* Charles L. Jones, 31, 7047 Route CC, Jackson, received a summons for possession of drug paraphernalia.
* Jacqueline Lynne Mitchell, 54, 315 Mill St., received a summons for a leash-law violation.
* John David Ford, 49, 1812 Evondale St., received a summons for a leash-law violation.
* Corey Dejuan Thompson, 21, 1301 Jefferson Ave., received a summons for maintaining a nuisance.
* An mp3 player and an in-dash stereo were reported stolen at 1548 Whitener St.
* A license plate was reported stolen at 7 Village Drive.
* A license plate was reported stolen at 400 S. Hanover St.
* A rear window and side-view mirror on a vehicle was reported damaged at 1808 Greenbrier Drive.
* A mirror and a tail light on a vehicle were reported damaged at 2609 Themis St.
