The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items.

Assaults

* A domestic assault was reported.

Thefts

* A Kenwood stereo was reported stolen at 1417 Prospect Drive.

* An iPhone, charger and wallet were reported stolen at 2022 Thilenius St.

Summonses

* Santiago A. Arevalo, 44, 1731 Huntington Drive, received a summons for reckless burning.

* Nathaniel T. Warmack, 22, 616 Sycamore Circle, received a summons for assault.

Property damage

* Vehicle tires were reported damaged at 621 Sycamore Circle.

Miscellaneous

* A 16-year-old boy was cited into juvenile court.

* A 12-year-old girl and a 15-year-old boy were cited into juvenile court for violating curfew.

* A 25-year-old man was taken into protective custody.
