SummonsDale Lee Koehler, 33, of 392 Estate Drive was issued a summons Thursday for operating a motor vehicle in a drugged condition.

Bridget Renee Roden, 21, of Chaffee, Mo., was issued a summons for assault Thursday.

ArrestsMark Anthony Davis, 30, and Misty Dawn Davis, 29, both of 1232 N. Spanish, were arrested Wednesday for endangering the welfare of a child and possession of drug paraphernalia, marijuana, a controlled substance and meth.

Ronald Jason Langston, 25, of Jackson, Mo., was arrested Thursday for driving while suspended and possession of a controlled substance.

Joshua Demont Whril, 19, of 539 S. Pacific was arrested Thursday on a Cape Girardeau city warrant for improper registration.

James Anton West, 21, of 729 Themis was arrested Thursday on a Cape Girardeau city warrant for no operator's license.

Property DamageA vehicle was damaged Wednesday at 1922 N. Kingshighway.

A window was damaged Wednesday at Willy Jack's, 1 N. Main.

StealingClothing and checks were reported stolen Wednesday at 2021 Independence.

Jewelry was reported stolen Wednesday at 435 Frederick.

A dog was reported stolen Thursday at 525 S. Ellis.

MiscellaneousAn animal bite was reported Wednesday at 617 N. Spanish.

An abandoned vehicle was reported Thursday at 1080 S. Silver Springs Road.

A bicycle was found Thursday at 423 N. Broadview.
