Cape Girardeau

The following items were released by the Cape Girardeau Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

• Natasha E. Dixson, 23, of St. Louis was arrested on two Cape Girardeau warrants for contempt of court for failure to pay fines for improper registration and suspended operator's license.
• Eric C. Thomas, 40, 3001 Mimosa St., No. 1, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for resist arrest.
• Derrius Bates, 20, of Cairo, Ill., was arrested on an Alexander County warrant for failure to appear for driving while intoxicated.
• Derek Kennedy, 27, was arrested on a probation warrant for absconder.
• Brian C. McGheehon, 20, 23 N. West End Blvd., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.
• Jeremy D. Gremard, 30, of Scott City was arrested on suspicion of harassment by phone.

Thefts

• Wal-Mart, 3439 William St., reported a theft. Jayson M. Grigsby, 24, 2847 Independence St., was arrested in connection with the incident.
• Rhodes 101, 1126 N. Sprigg St., reported a theft of gasoline.
• Jaspers, 1008 N. Kingshighway, reported a theft of gasoline.
• A memory card and controllers were reported stolen at 211 S. Pacific St.
• Rhodes 101, 2109 William St., reported a theft of gasoline.
• Claire's, 3049 William St., reported a theft of jewelry.
• Jaspers, 10 S. West End Blvd., reported a theft of gasoline.
