Arrests

* Mark Antywan Lanier, 29, 1217 Jefferson Ave., was arrested on suspicion of second- and third-degree domestic assault and resisting arrest.

* Roger Dale Conway, 31, 318 Park Drive, Apt. 287, was arrested on a Jefferson County warrant for a probation violation.

* Marcko Jeffery, 38, 2401 Sunny Lane, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for contempt of court for no operator's license.

* Kenneth Lanard Carter, 39, 908 S. Sprigg St., was arrested on an Alexander County, Ill., warrant for failure to appear for driving while intoxicated.

* Edna James Gates, 38, 1514 Scott St., was arrested on two Cape Girardeau warrants for contempt of court for failure to appear for improper registration and a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for contempt of court of obstructing traffic.

* Maggie Lee Bell, 44, 426 S. Pacific St., was arrested on suspicion of possession of drug paraphernalia.

* Jeffery Michael Daugherty, 22, of Chaffee, Mo., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for a probation violation for stealing.

* Ryan M. Baker, 28, of Scott City was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for improper registration.

* Maggie L. Bell, 44, 426 S. Pacific St., was arrested on suspicion of possession of drug paraphernalia.

* Cecil R. Sampson Jr., 28, 508 Cape Meadows Circle, was arrested on two Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear for a seat-belt violation and no operator's license.

* Keith A. Gardner, 22, 70 Rivercrest Drive, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear on contempt of court.

* Jayson M. Grigsby, 26, 2842 Independence St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for a probation violation.

Summonses

* Brandon G. Penberthy, 20, 1405 Dunklin St., received a summons for failure to keep property free of litter.

* Derek L. Earnheart, 19, 1405 Dunklin St., received a summons for failure to keep property free of litter.

* Michael R. Middleton, 20, 1405 Dunklin St., received a summons for failure to keep property free of litter.

* Wendy L. Lamont, 46, 1336 Wayne St., received a summons for failure to keep property free of litter.

* Latoya A. Miller, 23, 234 N. Lorimier St., received a summons for assault.

Thefts

* A purse was reported stolen in the 800 block of East Rodney Drive.

* An iPhone was reported stolen at 205 Caruthers Ave.

* A cell phone and a purse were reported stolen at 416 Morgan Oak St.

* A credit card was reported stolen at 40 S. Sprigg St.

Property damage

* A vending machine was reported damaged at 216 N. Fountain Street.

* Tampering was reported.
