The following items were released by the Cape Girardeau Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests Adam P. Jones, 20, of 337 Highway M, Desloge, Mo., was arrested Monday on a Leadwood warrant for failure to appear.

David D. Brizius, 35, of 155 Lavender, Apt. 3, Jackson, was arrested Tuesday on a Wentzville warrant for failure to appear.

Summonses Caitlin R. Bahn of 1000 N. Henderson, Cape Girardeau, received a summons Monday for following another vehicle too closely.

Tamara O. Todd of 329 Gray Ave., Chaffee, Mo., received a summons Monday for no proof of insurance.

Joyce A. Tummins, 46, of 2731 Chrysler, Cape Girardeau, received a summons Tuesday on suspicion of violating an order of protection.

Thefts A wallet and its contents were reported stolen Monday at 611 Lafayette Place.

A cell phone was reported stolen Monday at North West End Boulevard and Normal.

Gasoline was reported stolen Monday by Rhodes 101 at 1008 N. Kingshighway.

Makeup was reported stolen Monday by Wal-Mart at 3439 William. Patricia C. Perry, 19, of 3460 Oakdale Ave., St. Louis, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of stealing in connection with the complaint.

A wallet and its contents were reported stolen Monday at 19 S. Kingshighway.

A watch and clothing were reported stolen Monday from New Hall at Southeast Missouri State University to the Department of Public Safety.

Checks were reported stolen Tuesday at 19 S. Kingshighway.
