* Erik M. Blankenship, 23, 1760 Anna St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for improper registration.

* Elbridge N. Robinson III, 18, 401 S. Hanover St., was arrested on suspicion of possession of controlled substances.
Thefts
* Shell Dmart, 3415 William St., reported gasoline stolen.
* A license plate was reported stolen at 821 William St. Apt. 4.
