The following items were released by the Cape Girardeau Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.
DWIs
A person was placed in custody Friday pending formal charges of driving while intoxicated, driving while suspended and improper registration.
A person was placed in custody Saturday pending formal charges of driving while intoxicated.
James Henington, 40, of Puxico, Mo., received a summons Saturday on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, leaving the scene of an accident, stop sign violation, driving the wrong way down a one-way street and striking a legally stopped vehicle.
Melissa Gould, 27, of Puxico received a summons Friday on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, failure to display license and violation of a steady red light.
John Dietrich, 22, of Baldwin, Mo., received a summons Sunday on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.
Samuel Pearman, 41, of 1101 N. Spanish, Cape Girardeau, received a summons Sunday on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and failure to drive in a single lane.
David Savage, 20, received a summons Sunday on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and failure to stay on the right half of the roadway.
Arrests
James Ebay, 26, of 621 S. Henderson, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Saturday on a Park Hills, Mo., warrant for driving while intoxicated, driving while suspended and open container.
Helen Lee, 53, of 1014 N. Sprigg was arrested Saturday on two Cape Girardeau County warrants for failure to appear.
Brandi Hale, 19, of Benton, Mo., was arrested Saturday on a Stoddard County warrant for fraud.
A person was placed in custody Saturday at 3439 William pending formal charges of possession of ephedrine.
A person was placed in custody Sunday pending formal charges of improper registration, no insurance and suspended driver's license.
Summonses
Donald Wimberley of 600 William, Cape Girardeau, received a summons Saturday on suspicion of violating a leash law.
Michael Raymond, 34, of 431 Broadway, Cape Girardeau, received a summons Friday on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance.
Brandi Housman, 20, of 510 N. Fountain, Apt. 9, received a summons Saturday on suspicion of minor in possession of intoxicants, no operator's license, possession of a controlled substance and paraphernalia. A second person is in custody pending filing of formal charges.
Stephanie Robinson, 19, of Perryville, Mo., Ashley Lufcy, 20, of Kennett, Mo., and Carolyn Bruder, 20, of Gerald, Mo., received summonses Saturday on suspicion of possession of intoxicants by a minor.
Thefts
Dogs were reported stolen Friday at 1515 N. Water.
A refridgerator and bed were reported stolen Saturday at 105 S. Spanish.
A theft was reported Friday at 2800 Pioneer Lot 135.
A purse was reported stolen Saturday at 735 Clark.
Amoco D-Mart reported gasoline stolen Saturday at 3276 William.
Citgo D-Mart reported gasoline stolen Saturday at 610 Independence.
A DVD player, DVDs, VCR and video tapes were reported stolen Saturday at 304 N. Middle, Apt. A.
JC Penney's at 200 West Park Mall and Cato's at 2136 William reported clothing stolen Saturday. Toria Lawrence, 19, of Sikeston, Mo., and Carolyn Riley, 29, of Charleston, Mo., were issued summons in connection with the complaints.
Money was reported stolen Saturday at 510 N. Fountain, Apt. 9.
Narays at 31 N. Main reported hair cut services were not paid for Friday.
A wallet and contents were reported stolen Sunday at 1126 N. Sprigg.
Shell D-Mart reported gasoline stolen Sunday at 3415 William.
Ford Groves reported four wheels and tires stolen Sunday at 1501 N. Kingshighway. Miscellaneous
A failure to return to confinement was reported Saturday at 610 Independence. The suspect was out on work release and did not return.
A person driving while suspended was reported Saturday. The suspect is at large and a warrant has been applied for.
An 18-year-old male was placed in protective custody Saturday.
