The following items were released by the Cape Girardeau Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI

James Emery David, 26, 637 S. Henderson, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Saturday on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

Arrests Justin Wiseman, 18, 132 S. Hanover, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Saturday on suspicion of driving without a license and driving an unlicensed vehicle.

Jamoris Nunley, 21, 1824 N. Sprigg, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Sunday on a Cape Girardeau city warrant for failure to appear and violation of probation and parole.

Summonses Joseph Childress, 21, 525 E. Cape Rock Dr., Cape Girardeau, was issued a summons Saturday for suspicion of peace disturbance.

Thefts Christmas decorations were reported stolen Saturday at 722 Woodbine.

A robbery was reported Saturday at Cash Only gas station, 2012 William.

A maroon 1993 Mercury Marquis was reported stolen Sunday at 820 S. Sprigg.

A Cobra radar detector and knife were reported stolen and a window was broken out of a vehicle Sunday at 2210 Kingshighway.

Miscellaneous

A 45-year-old female was placed in protective custody Sunday.

Domestic assault was reported Saturday.

An accidental injury was reported Sunday on the 1400 block of Bessie.

A 35-year-old male was taken into protective custody Sunday.
