The following items were released Sunday by the Cape Girardeau Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.
DWI
Herbert Eugene Goodman Jr., 60, of 2800 Woodland Park Lot 29, Scott City, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.
Arrests
A 38-year-old woman was taken into protective custody.
A 36-year-old woman was taken into protective custody.
Isaac Shamane Johnson, 20, of 1303 McDougal St., Sikeston, Mo., and Brandon Jonathon Cole, of 235 Watson St., Sikeston, were arrested on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance.
A 44-year-old was taken into protective custody at William and Sprigg streets.
Bryan P. Stone, 33, of 617 Sycamore Circle, was arrested on Indiana warrants for driving while revoked, false report, failure to drive within single lane and possession of under 35 grams of marijuana. Stone was also arrested on Malden, Mo., warrants for contempt of court and failure to appear and on Indiana warrants for petition to revoke suspended sentence, rape, serious bodily injury, resisting a police officer, false informing, failure to appear and operating a motor vehicle without a license.
David Lee Burnett, 33, of 85325 County Road 853, Bloomfield, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia.
Scott Lee Moore, 26, of 301 W. McKinley St., Poplar Bluff, Mo., was arrested on a Stoddard County warrant for fraud.
A 21-year-old woman was taken into protective custody.
Clayton Michael Roth, 20, of 304 1000 Towers Circle, was arrested on suspicion of a disorderly house.
Thefts
Rhodes 101 reported gasoline taken at 10 S. West End Blvd.
Denny's reported food stolen at 110 West Drive.
Money was reported taken at 623 Jefferson St.
Rhodes 101 reported beer taken at 10 S. West End Blvd.
Burglary
Burglary was reported and numerous DVDs and two DVD players, Nintendo Gamecubes, a cell phone and clothing were reported taken at 717 S. Benton St.
Burglary was reported at 2006 Big Bend Road.
Property damage
Buckner Brewing Co. reported door glass broken at 132 N. Main St.
Miscellaneous
Property was found at 132 N. Main St.
A metal bucket and sleeping bag were found at 103 Cape West Parkway.
