DWIKorey W. King, 24, of 1725 Huntington Drive was arrested Sunday on a complaint of driving while intoxicated.

David Walden, 39, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant complaint for failure to appear on an original charge of trespassing.

TheftIdentity theft was reported Saturday at 242 S. Silver Springs.

A Santa Claus was reported stolen at 2508 Saddlegate Court.

A theft and burglary were reported Sunday at 1617 Independence.

JCPenney reported a theft Sunday at 200 West Park Mall. Brandon L. Franklin, 18, was arrested on the complaint.

Assault

An assault was reported Sunday at William and Edgewood streets.
