DWI A person was in custody Friday pending the filing of charges for driving while intoxicated in the 800 block of William Street.

A person was in custody Friday pending the filing of charges for driving while intoxicated at Jefferson and Ellis.

Jason Brent Grubbs, 25, of 243 N. Fountain was issued a summons on Saturday for driving while intoxicated and with a revoked license at Broadway and Spanish.

A person was in custody Sunday pending charges of driving while intoxicated, no proof of insurance and expired license plates after being arrested at the intersection of Kingshighway and Marilyn.

Thefts A CD player was reported stolen on Friday at 835 Morgan Oak.

A theft was reported Friday at 412 Sheridan, Apt. 11-F.

Shell Dmart reported the theft of gasoline on Friday from 3415 William.

A purse was reported stolen on Friday from a vehicle at 513 S. Middle.

An electric freezer was reported stolen on Saturday at 410 Siemers Drive.

A bicycle was reported stolen on Saturday at 1221 Jefferson.

Fraudulent use of a credit card was reported on Saturday at 3439 William.

Prescription narcotics were reported stolen Sunday from 1744 Northwoods.

Purse, credit cards and checkbook were reported stolen Sunday from 823 N. Clark.

Two catwalks were reported stolen Sunday from 740 West Rodney.

Stealing was reported Sunday at 100 West Park Mall.

A 1998 Honda Accord was reported stolen Sunday from 14 N. Fountain.

A television and checkbook were reported stolen Sunday from 45 S. West End.

Arrests Marquies Boyd of 426 S. Pacific was arrested Friday on a warrant at 3463 Armstrong Dr.

David Ray Oliver, 36, of 3110 Meadow Lark was arrested on Friday at 3436 Armstrong for a parole violation.

A person was in custody on Friday pending the filing of charges for possession of a controlled substance at Fountain and Bellevue.

Two persons were in custody on Saturday for possession of a controlled substance at Sprigg and Walnut.

A vehicle windshield was reported damaged Saturday in the 100 block of Water Street.

A window was reported damaged and several items reported removed from 1237 N. Water St. Sunday.

A vehicle windshield was reported damaged Sunday at 1530 Mississippi.

Summonses Chad Lee Chaney, 21, of Oran, Mo., and David Ray Bergstorm II, 21, of Scott City were issued summonses Saturday for supplying alcohol to a minor at 3257 William.

Donald Joe Brooks, 18, Edward Franklin Roberts, 17, Julie Ann Griggs, 17, and Maegen Lynn Smith, 17, all of Scott City were issued summonses on Saturday for possession of alcohol by a minor at 3257 William.

Christopher M. Johnson, 17, was issued a summons Sunday at 510 N. Fountain, Apt. 3 for possession of a controlled substance.

Miscellaneous A barking dog was reported on Friday at 431 S. West End Blvd.

A brown wallet and its contents were found on Saturday in the first block of Pindwood.

A 1993 Ford T-bird was towed Sunday from Interstate 55 at exit 91 for causing a traffic hazard.

A male was taken into protective custody Sunday at 1701 Lacey.

A wallet was reported lost.
