Cape Girardeau

The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

  • Stephen E. Brice, 29, of New Madrid, Mo., was arrested on a St. Charles County warrant for failure to appear on a traffic offense and and a Warren County warrant for failure to appear for stealing.
  • David C. Inman, 47, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of stealing.
  • A suspect is in custody pending formal charges of endangering the welfare of a child.
  • Charlene L. Pieper, 63, 917 Linden St., was arrested on suspicion of no city animal license and exceeding limit of dogs.
  • Travis J. Moore, 35, 1423 N. Main St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for assault.
  • Alysse M. Moore, 23, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of prohibited acts.

Thefts

  • An air compressor was reported stolen at 3364 Percy Drive.
  • An iPod was reported stolen at 1221 Fairlane Drive.
  • China was reported stolen at 215 Minnesota Ave.
  • Bi-state, 920 N. Kingshighway, reported a theft of gasoline.
  • A television was reported stolen at 814 Morgan Oak St.
  • A pistol was reported stolen in the Cape Girardeau area.
  • A boat motor was reported stolen at 1225 Kingshighway.
  • BP, 3276 William St., reported a theft of gasoline.
  • A theft of a license plate was reported at 1038 N. Frederick St.

Property damage

  • A vehicle door lock was reported damaged at 202 Siemers Drive.

Miscellaneous

  • Forgery was reported.
