The following items were released Tuesday by the Cape Girardeau Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.
DWIs
Gary Michael Patterson, 52, of 4305 E. Sunset Point, Memphis, Tenn., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, possession of marijuana, a firearm and drug paraphernalia and unlawful use of a weapon.
Keith McDowell, 20, of 914 Jefferson St., was issued a summons for driving while intoxicated and failure to drive on the right half of the road.
Arrests
A subject was taken into custody pending the filing of formal charges for domestic assault.
Neil Ramsey, 19, and Brian Koechner, 17, both of Advance, Mo., were arrested on suspicion of stealing two bottles of perfume and four bandannas from Wal-Mart at 3439 William St.
Amanda Lewis, 17, of 107 N. Clark St., was arrested on suspicion of stealing music CDs and DVDs from Kmart at 11 S. Kingshighway. Another subject is in custody pending the filing of formal charges in connection with the theft.
Gabriel Yanes, 21, of 1732 Stoddard Court, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant or failure to appear in court for suspended operator's license and Cape Girardeau County warrants for two probation violations.
Billy Don Jones, 18, of 717 Jefferson St., was arrested on suspicion of stealing at Nearly Perfect Shoes, 209 S. Kingshighway.
Summonses
Robbi Lynette Durham, 22, of 4 N. West End Blvd., was issued a summons for violating a park curfew and driving with a suspended license.
Louis T. Bonds, 45, of 201 S. Lorimier St., Apt. B, was issued a summons for tampering with utilities.
Thefts
Identity theft was reported at 2400 Veterans Drive.
Furniture was reported stolen at 740 S. Kingshighway.
Southeast Missouri State University
The following item was released Tuesday by the university's Department of Public Safety.
Theft
A computer memory stick was reported stolen from K Dorm.
