The following items were released by the Cape Girardeau Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.
DWI Robert F. Lewis, 40, of 824 E. 6th St., Crowley, La., was arrested Tuesday on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, no valid license and failure to stop at a stop sign.
Arrests
Melvin J. Steward, 18, of 1215 College, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Monday on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation.
Roger H. Haselbusch, 28, of 112 S. Henderson, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Tuesday on suspicion of assault and violation of an ex parte order.
Denver M. Brooks, 22, of 1827 Big Bend, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Tuesday on suspicion of domestic assault.
Samuel R. Novack, 36, of 6862 Route O, Perryville, Mo., was arrested Tuesday on a Perry County warrant for probation violation.
Summons
Nicholas R. Seabaugh, 28, of 1027 S. Ellis, Cape Girardeau, received a summons Monday for a leash law violation.
Thefts
Money, a windshield mount, a compass and a tool set were reported stolen Monday at 1801 Brink.
A hair dryer, radio, iron, coffee maker, luggage rack, ice bucket and tray, smoke alarm, thermostat cover and safety chain were reported stolen and property damaged Tuesday by Victorian Inn at 3265 William.
Miscellaneous
Failure to return rental property was reported Monday by Rent One at 610 S. Kingshighway.
