DWI
Anthony Wayne Jackson, 111 N. Clark St., Apt. 3, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Sunday for driving while intoxicated, driving while suspended and leaving the scene of an accident.
Arrests
Jerry Lynn Parker, 38, of Chaffee, Mo., was arrested Sunday on Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to pay a fine and failure to appear in court.
Christopher Scott Curneal, 20, of Chaffee, Mo., was arrested Sunday on a Scott City warrant for failure to appear in court.
Ryan M. Biri, 24, of 2851 Whitener, Apt. A2, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Monday on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear in court on a harassment charge.
Randy S. Adams, 47, of 1550 McDonald, Cape Girardeau, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for assault.
Summons
Michael Joseph Jones, 24, of 701 Watkins, Apt. 202, Cape Girardeau, was issued a summons Monday at Twin Trees park for possession of drug paraphernalia.Burglary
A safe and contents were reported stolen Sunday at 3020 Boutin.
Thefts A CD player was reported stolen Sunday at 2867 Whitener.
A 16-year-old male was cited into Juvenile Court Sunday for stealing at Wal-Mart, 3439 William St.
Property damage
A glass door was reported broken Monday at JD's Quick Shop, 1101 William St.
Damage was reported Monday at Red Letter Communications, 231 N. Main St.
Miscellaneous
A 56-year-old female was placed in protective custody Sunday.

Thefts
Currency and a cell phone were reported stolen at New Hall.
A bank card and soft drinks were reported stolen at New Hall.
