The following items were released by the Cape Girardeau Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI

A subject was placed in custody Monday pending the filing of formal charges for driving while intoxicated, failure to drive on right half of the roadway and endangering the welfare of a child.

A subject was placed in custody Tuesday pending the filing of formal charges for driving while intoxicated, failing to obey a stop sign and driving while suspended.

Arrests

Carl W. Dickerson of 307 Pine Drive, Perryville, Mo., was arrested Monday on a Perry County warrant for probation violation.

A subject was placed in custody Monday pending the filing of formal charges for driving while suspended and possession of a controlled substance.

Jeffrey D. Spence, 40, of 1205 Jefferson, was arrested on an Alexander County warrant for driving while intoxicated and driving while suspended.

Assaults

An assault was reported Monday to the Cape Girardeau Police Department.

Thefts

A white 2000 Izuzu van was reported stolen Monday by Ryder Transportation Inc. at 2417 Good Hope.

Cash was reported stolen Monday at 611 S. West End Boulevard.

CDs and a lamp were reported stolen and a window broken Monday at 622 Broadway.

A tool box, a stereo, a CD player, a jacket and bowls were reported stolen Monday at 609 Sycamore.

Coats were reported stolen and a vehicle window broken Monday at 626 Broadway.

Burglary

A door was reported damaged in a burglary Monday at 1226 William.

Property Damage

A window was reported broken Monday at 105 N. Clark, Apt. 101.
