The Cape Girardeau Police Department reported the following incidents. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI

  • Dallas K. Hall, 23, 819 Woodruff Ave., Sikeston, Mo., was issued a summons for driving while intoxicated at Caruthers Avenue and Broadway.
  • Kyle F. Cordia, 18, of St. Louis received a summons for driving while intoxicated/exhibition driving.

Arrests

  • A suspect is in custody pending formal charges for possession of a controlled substance.
  • A 55-year-old man is in custody pending formal charges for possession of a controlled substance.
  • Christopher A. Harrington, 21, of St. Louis was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear for maintaining a disorderly house.
  • A juvenile was cited into juvenile court in connection with a theft at 1232 Linden St.
  • James D. Noland, 47, 1020 William St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for contempt of court for failure to pay fines.
  • Aaron L. Peet, 18, 2406 William St., was arrested on two Scott County warrants for probation violation.

Summons

  • Montez M. Baker, 30, 716 S. Ellis St., was issued a summons for prohibited acts/unlicensed driver.

Assault

  • A domestic assault was reported.

Thefts

  • Bi-State Southern, 920 N. Kingshighway, reported gasoline theft.
  • Jaspers convenience store, 10 S.West End Blvd., reported a theft.

Property damage

  • Genesis Transportation reported a trailer truck spray painted at 804 N. Cape Rock Drive.
  • A window was reported broken at 211 N. Fountain St.

Miscellaneous

  • Request for service was reported at 1701 Lacey St.
  • A "Sentry" safe and papers were found at Cape Rock Park.
  • Police recovered a stolen vehicle.
  • Two instances of phone harassment were reported.
  • A 22-year-old man was taking into protective custody.
