Cape Girardeau
The following items were released Wednesday by the Cape Girardeau Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.
DWIs
Patrick Louis Smith, 40, 111 N. Clark St., Apt. 7, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, driving under revocation and failure to stop for a stop sign.
Carissa L. Kalkbrenner, 24, 8737 Byrnsville Road, Cedar Hill, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and speeding.
Arrests
Jamala Lynn Garmon, 17, 412 S. Ellis St., and Tristen Denise Lipps, 18, 3115 Timmar Lane, were arrested on suspicion of assault.
Hassan I. Abu-Khudeir, 20, 1600 New Madrid St., was arrested on a probation and parole warrant.
Anthony Lee Wilkens, 19, 541 S. Hanover St., was arrested on suspicion of property damage and trespassing following a complaint at 529 Olive St.
Timothy Louis Borel, 38, 1105 Linden St., Apt. 603, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation.
Robert D. Weissinger, 27, 603 Meechaw Drive, was arrested on suspicion of having an animal at large.
Sheffery I. Johnson, 26, 611 Sycamore Circle, Apt. A, was arrested on suspicion of assault and unlawful use of a weapon.
Theft
Blankets and a watch were reported stolen at 325 N. Sprigg St.
A 2002 Ford Focus, Missouri license 949 RXK, was reported stolen from 631 North St.
Property Damage
A door and frame were reported damaged at 37 N. Park St.
Miscellaneous
A men's red and silver Mongoose torque mountain bike was reported found at 1112 Bloomfield Road.
A 16-year-old boy was cited into juvenile court for curfew violation. An adult subject with him was taken into custody pending the filing of formal charges for possession of a controlled substance, tampering with physical evidence and driving without a license.
Forgery was reported at 411 Siemers St.
A dog bite was reported at 1302 Cousin St.
A 1991 Buick Regal was reported abandoned at Linden and Ellis streets.
