The following items were released Monday by the Cape Girardeau Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI

Diana Renaw Whitener, 20, 1202 Madison, Fredericktown, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

Arrests

Jimmy Lee Hudson, 28, 6 Village Drive, Apt. 6, was arrested on a Cape County probation parole warrant.

Edwin T. Patterson, 33, 430 S. Pacific St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for a parole violation.

Thefts

Construction equipment was reported stolen at Dutch Enterprises, 1049 N. Kingshighway.

Construction equipment was reported stolen at S&S Interiors, 1049 N. Kingshighway.

Blackhawk electric tools, a radio and chairs were reported stolen at 1049 N. Kingshighway.

Batteries were reported stolen at Wal-Mart, 3439 William St.
