The following items were released by the Cape Girardeau Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI Mabel L. Hunt, 57, of 5359 Highway W, Jackson, was arrested Monday on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

Andrew J. Witvoet, 22, of 9 Village Drive, Apt. 6, was arrested Tuesday on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

Arrests A 43-year-old woman was placed in protective custody Monday.

Otis Johnson, 22, of Sikeston, Mo., was arrested Tuesday on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for parole absconding.

Thefts Bicycles were reported stolen Monday at 10 Rivercrest.

Meals were reported stolen Tuesday by Denny's at 161 West Drive.

Stealing over $500 was reported Monday at Kent Library to the Department of Public Safety at Southeast Missouri State University.

Burglary A stereo system was reported stolen in a burglary at 10 S. Henderson.

Miscellaneous Forgery and fraudulently obtaining a controlled substance was reported Monday by Schnucks at 19 S. Kingshighway.

Jackson

Wednesday, Nov. 13

The following items were released by the Jackson Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI Kenneth H. Koehler, 56, of Jackson was issued a summons Thursday for driving while intoxicated.

Kenny H. Morrisatt, 25, of Rector, Ark., was arrested Thursday on a warrant for driving while intoxicated, burglary, stealing a motor vehicle, tampering with a motor vehicle, driving while suspending and leaving the scene of two accidents.

Summons Michael D. Bell, 20, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons Saturday for possession of marijuana and peace disturbance.

Assault

Two 14-year-old males were referred to juvenile authorities Thursday for an assault reported Nov. 6.

Theft

A theft was reported Monday at 2927 E. Jackson Boulevard.Property Damage

Damage was reported Monday at 3075 E. Main St.

Damage was reported Monday at 315 S. Missouri St.
