The following items were released by the Cape Girardeau Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

Hector R. Cruz Jr., 26, of 808 Third, Scott City, Mo., was arrested Monday on two warrants for failure to appear.

Corey D. Lyons of 806 N. Hieggie, Charleston, Mo., was arrested Monday on a warrant.

A suspect was placed in custody Monday pending the filing of formal charges for stealing.

Thefts

A Missouri license plate was reported stolen Sunday in the Cape Girardeau area.

Gasoline was reported stolen Sunday by Amoco D-Mart at 3276 William.

Cash in the amount of $200 was reported stolen Monday at 1701 Lacey.

A cell phone was reported stolen Monday at 611 Mechaw.

Gasoline was reported stolen Monday by Citgo D-Mart at 263 Farrar Drive.Property damage

A vehicle was reported damaged Sunday at 202 S. Broadview.

Miscellaneous

A 14-year-old female was reported missing Monday.

A 15-year-old male was reported missing Monday.
