The following items were released Sunday by the Cape Girardeau Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWIs

Kory J. Presley, 21, of 517 Lindenwood, Sikeston, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

Willie J. Humphrey, 25, of 636 S. Henderson Ave., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

Lucas L. Wildharber, 21, of 1857 Lone Pine Court, Arnold, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

Timothy R. Warneing, 20, of 495 Britton Lane, Mounds, Ill., and Zachary W. Lewis, 18, of 2605 County Road 634, Cape Girardeau, were arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and being a minor in possession of alcohol.

Chad Michael Looman, 26, of 3637 N. High St., Jackson, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, driving while suspended, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Arrests

Johny Ray Waytt, 30, of 228 Albert St., Scott City, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear.

Robert Dale Byrd, 43, of 132 S. Benton St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for absconding parole.

Moses R. Cantrell, 23, of 1228 W. Cape Rock Drive, Apt. 8, was arrested on a Ste. Genevieve County warrant for failure to appear.

A 21-year-old man was taken into protective custody.

A 41-year-old man was taken into protective custody.

Assaults

Second-degree assault was reported at Jefferson Avenue and Frederick Street.

Thefts

Stealing and third-degree assault were reported at J.C. Penny. A subject was taken into custody, pending filing of formal charges.

Burglaries

Money Time Pawn reported an attempted burglary at 1901A Independence St.

Burglary and stealing were reported at 1734 Westwood Drive.

Miscellaneous

A 13-year-old girl was reported missing at the 600 block of South Henderson Avenue.
