The following items were released by the Cape Girardeau Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.
DWI Michael J. Fischer, 42, of 502 S. Hanover, was arrested Tuesday on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.
Arrests Shawn E. Pearson, 18, of 1016 S. Benton, was arrested Monday on a warrant for burglary and assault.
Adam W. Taylor, 19, of 515 Rolling Hills, was arrested Monday on suspicion of possession of stolen property and burglary tools.
Cecil M. Jenkins, 33, of 329 S. Sprigg, was arrested Monday on suspicion of stealing.
Larry W. Stone, 57, of 339 S. Lorimier, was arrested Tuesday on suspicion of possession of crack cocaine, marijuana and drug paraphernalia.
Andrew K. O'Kelly, 18, of 117 N. Frederick, was arrested on Cape Girardeau warrants for contempt of court and failure to appear.
Kyle S. Williams, 26, of 373 N. Henderson, Apt. 22, was arrested Tuesday on a Jackson County, Ill., warrant for failure to appear.
A subject was placed in custody Tuesday pending the filing of formal charges for unlawful use of a weapon.
Summonses Samuel E. Rhodes, 48, of 1008 Bloomfield, received a summons Tuesday for failure to maintain property of litter.
Benjamin H. Howard of 319 N. Frederick, Apt. 203, received a summons Tuesday for making a prohibited U-turn.
Kyle S. Williams of 373 N. Henderson, Apt. 22, received a summons Tuesday for driving while revoked and possession of marijuana.
Kenneth C. Martin of 523 S. Minnesota received a summons Tuesday for leaving the scene of an accident, expired registration, no proof of insurance and striking a legally parked vehicle.
Russell S. Jackman, 42, of 1327 N. West End Boulevard, Apt. 4, received a summons Wednesday for failure to maintain property and maintaining a nuisance.
Assaults A sexual misconduct was reported Tuesday to the Cape Girardeau Police Department.
Child abuse was reported Tuesday to the Cape Girardeau Police Department.

Thefts Gasoline was reported stolen Tuesday by Shell D-Mart at 3415 William.
Gasoline was reported stolen Tuesday by Rhodes 101 at 449 S. Kingshighway.
Knives, spoons and miscellaneous kitchen items were reported stolen Tuesday at Country Club Drive.
Gasoline was reported stolen twice on Wednesday by Shell D-Mart at 3415 William.
Tools were reported stolen Wednesday at 910 Themis.
A purse, credit cards and miscellaneous items were reported stolen Tuesday to the Department of Public Safety and Southeast Missouri State University.
Property Damage A vehicle was reported damaged Wednesday at 308 S. Lorimier.
Miscellaneous Colombian passports were reported lost Monday at 17 S. Lorimier.
A light green and blue Schwinn bicycle was found Tuesday at Arena Park.
A 15-year-old male was cited to juvenile court Tuesday for protective custody.
Missouri license plate 002-PLS was reported lost Tuesday at 25 S. Kingshighway.
Fraudulent use of a credit card was reported Tuesday at 1430 N. Spanish.

A tan 1988 Cadillac Deville was reported abandoned Wednesday at 607 S. Kingshighway.
