Cape Girardeau

The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

  • Rachael D. Bollinger, 20, of St. Louis was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.
  • A 15-year-old girl was cited in juvenile court.

Summonses

  • Charles W. Younce, 59, 31223 Kage Road, was issued a summons in connection with a peace disturbance.
  • Coby M. DeClue, 31, of McClure, Ill., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for suspended operator's license.
  • Blake W. Rhodes, 26, 2425 N. Cape Rock Drive, was arrested in connection with the theft of a refrigerator.
  • Reggie E. Kindle, 25, 121 N. Henderson Ave., was issued a summons in connection with possession of controlled substance (marijuana).
  • Theon D. Mackins, 23, 1707 Lakeshore Drive, was issued a summons for prohibited acts.

Thefts

  • The faceplate of a CD player was reported stolen from 1804 Randol Ave.
  • Rhodes 101, 1126 N. Sprigg St., reported a gasoline theft.
  • A checkbook was reported stolen from 1424 William St.
  • A flat-screen television, PlayStation 3, laptop computer, studio equipment and video games were reported stolen at 545 Spring Ave.

Property damage

  • A vehicle parked at 1011 S. Pacific St., was damaged with paint.
  • A metal door and door lock were reported damaged at 200 Morgan Oak Street.

Miscellaneous

  • Phone harassment was reported.
  • Fraudulent use of a credit device was reported.
