The following items were released Sunday by the Cape Girardeau Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.
DWIs
Kenneth L. Carter, 33, 1101 Jefferson St., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.
Bonnie Mae Harper, 46, 1405 Pemiscot St., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and no headlights.
Arrests
Charles D. Tart, 34, 1111 Bloomfield St., was arrested on a Dunklin County warrant for contempt of court.
Edward E. Sutton, 23, 433 S. Ellis St., was arrested on three Cape Girardeau warrants for contempt of court.
Matthew S. Schweiss, 20, 128 Shady Creek Lane, Perryville, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.
A subject was taken into custody on suspicion of possession of marijuana.
Ivan M. Edwards, 24, 1032 Frederick St., was arrested on a warrant.
William R. McClard, 20, 140 Chilicothe St., Jackson was arrested on suspicion of being a minor in possession of alcohol.
Brandon A. Harris, 22, 2902 Bernice St., was arrested on a warrant for absconding parole.
Property damage
A vehicle was reported damaged at Budget Auto Repair, 50 S. Kingshighway.
A van window was reported broken at 841 S. Sprigg St.
A political sign was reported spray painted at 1714 N. Main St.
Vehicle paint and a tire were reported damaged at 2863 Whitener St.Thefts
Jewelry and household items were reported stolen 1700 Randol Ave.
Rhodes 101, 2106 William St., reported gasoline stolen.
Rhodes 101, 1126 N. Sprigg St., reported gasoline stolen.
An amp, checkbook and motorcycle registration were reported stolen at 2505 Adeline Ave.
Amerimart, 1320 W. Cape Rock Drive, reported money stolen.
D Mart, 3276 William St., reported gasoline stolen.
CDs and an ID card were reported stolen at 1335 Amblewood Drive.
Miscellaneous
Missouri license plate 369LSK was reported found.
A red 1993 Toyota Celica was towed from 1320 W. Cape Rock Drive.
