Wednesday, Oct. 2The following items were released by the Cape Girardeau Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.
DWI Charles E. Little, 39, of P.O. Box 172, Diana, W.Va., was arrested Tuesday on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.
Arrests Percy Parrow Jr., 43, of 445 Jefferson, was arrested Monday on an Arnold Police Department warrant for failure to appear and on suspicion of drug paraphernalia.
A subject was placed in custody Monday pending the filing of formal charges for making a false declaration and resisting arrest.
A 17-year-old male was placed in protective custody Tuesday.
Tyson P. Brown, 18, of 354 Tanglewood Drive, Perryville, Mo., was arrested Tuesday on two Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear.
Summonses Susan M. Davis of 601 Bruce Street, Perryville, Mo., received a summons Monday for failure to yield.
Sarah F. Backus of 508 Bellevue, Apt. 4, received a summons Monday for striking a legally stopped vehicle.
Brian L. Hoxworth of 615 Odus, Jackson, received a summons Monday for failure to wear a seat belt.
Emily R. Woodrome of 2737 Lynwood Hills, Apt. 4, received a summons Monday for failure to yield.
Benjamin E. Niswonger of 1540 Dunklin received a summons Monday for no proof of insurance and following too closely.
Assaults A domestic assault was reported Monday to the Cape Girardeau Police Department.
A subject was placed in custody pending the filing of formal charges for assault, property damage and possession of an imitation controlled substance.
An assault was reported Tuesday to the Cape Girardeau Police Department.
Thefts A purse and contents were reported stolen Monday at 337 N. Ellis.
Jewelry was reported stolen Tuesday by K's Merchandise at 371 S. Broadview.
A purse and contents were reported stolen Tuesday at Independence and Minnesota.
A bicycle was reported stolen Tuesday at 234 Broadway.
Property Damage Doors and windows were reported damaged Monday at 1563 Grandview.
A vehicle window was reported broken Tuesday at 303 Morgan Oak.
Miscellaneous Fraudulent use of a credit device was reported Monday at 1908 Bloomfield.
