The following items were released by the Cape Girardeau Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWIs

Ando Yoshiharu, 48, of 641 S. Spring was arrested Sunday at the intersection of Sprigg and William for driving under the influence of alcohol and failure to drive on the right half of roadway.

Steven Lockwood, 46, of Columbia, Mo., was arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol Sunday in the 1400 block of N. Kingshighway.

Arrests

Richard C. Kimball, 29, of New Madrid, Mo., was arrested Friday on a Cape Girardeau municipal warrant for failure to appear in court.

Sheila K. Wade, 31, of 1106 Big Bend was arrested Friday on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for assault/property damage.

Cory L. Wilson, 21, of 204 Park was arrested Saturday at 40 N. Sprigg on a warrant for contempt of court, no operator's license and no insurance.

Aaron S. Laughlin, 19, of 17 S. Ellis was arrested Sunday in the 700 block of N. Spanish on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation and a Cape Girardeau municipal warrant for failure to appear in court. Summonses

Daniel Aufdenburg, 28, of 46 N. Hanover was issued a summons Saturday for resisting arrest at 123 N. Main.

Kyle A. Eddleman, 29, of Anna, Ill., was issued a summons Friday at 205 Caruthers for driving while revoked and driving the wrong way on a one-way street.

John T. Lovewell, 33, of 10 S. Plaza Way was issued a summons Friday for resisting arrest and prohibited acts of harassment Saturday at 2023 Independence.

Christina M. Reed of 2002 Aspen was issued a summons Saturday for resisting arrest/trespassing. at 2835 Whitener.

Thefts

A compact disc player, tape deck and remote control were reported stolen Saturday from 2105 Bessie.

Amoco D-Mart at 3276 William reported $50.46 in gasoline stolen Friday.

Currency was reported stolen from 35 S. Kingshighway Friday.

A CD player was reported stolen and a window broken Sunday at the intersection of Spanish and Mill.

Rhodes 101 at 449 S. Kingshighway reported $17.69 in gasoline stolen Sunday. Property damage

Damage to a house was reported Saturday at 504 Johnson.

Miscellaneous

A peace disturbance was reported Saturday at 637 S. Henderson.
